How our On-Line store works

Our main goal is to provide you, our client, with body jewellery of the finest quality possible. All our products are from the legendary WildCat Collection. The best medicaly tested and approved materials for body piercing available. Your security and privacy is very important to us this is why we do not accept credit card numbers during your on-line order process. We will phone verify your order the next business day and take the credit info at that time. Please see," Payment Terms", for more details.

What you can expect

As you enter the store you can browse and view pricing and selection without any commitment or login requirements. Once you have decided to make a purchase simply click on your selection and make any option selections required and simply follow the checkout instructions.

How to complete a purchase

To complete a purchase simply complete the registration information with your address and daytime contact number. Once this is complete we will receive an e-mail confirming your order request. We will contact you by phone to verify your order info, shipping and payment options. Please be sure you have taken the correct measurements for the jewellery you are ordering, we do not accept returns for wrong sized jewellery. We only accept returns due to manufacturers defect. All  returns must have an   R.M.A. number assigned before the jewellery will be accepted , so be sure to call with your order number to receive and R.M.A. number.

Payment Terms and Options

We accept Mastercard at this time only for credit cards, Visa and American Express will be available in the new year. Till such time we will accept Bank Drafts and Postal Money Orders in Canadian Funds. PayPal  and HyperWallet may be available, ask our order desk at the time we call you to confirm your order. We will not send out any order until the payment has been received at our  order desk with the exception of Mastercard paid orders. Sorry we do not ship via Canada Post C.O.D. at this time.

Shipping Terms

We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible without a long wait during shipping. All orders are shipped, insured and traceable via Purolator Couriers, Canada wide. We will not ship to a postal mail box, the shipping address must be a residential or business address and we will not redirect a shipment once it is sent. If the address is incorrect on the order application we will have to wait for the order to be returned before re-shipping the goods.

Jewellery Sizing and Guages

All jewellery is listed in Metric and Imperial diameters where possible. Gauges are Metric and A.W.G. (American Wire Guage standard for North American body jewellery) Please ensure you select the correct size jewellery for your order. If you need assistance please confirm the measurements with our Order Desk staff who will be glad to assist you in selecting the best size jewellery for your application. If you are doing stretching remember the lower the guage number the bigger the jewellery thickness, I.E. 14g =16th of an inch 10g = 1/8th of an inch. Yeah size matters.
